Apartments are located in a small, quiet place Ivan Dolac which is situated on the south side of the island Hvar. Ivan Dolac is 10km from Jelsa, 20km from Starigrad and 38km from the town of Hvar.

This small picturesque place offers a lot of pebble beaches (of which the most famous is Šuplja stina) where you can enjoy in the crystal clear sea and beautiful view of the islands Scedro and Korcula.

Beside Ivan Dolac and Zvala island Hvar don't have any other villages with pebble beaches. This is the reason why people choose souther part of island Hvar.
